To the Massanutten Community:
It’s been too long since I last shared information with you. There’ve been some exciting things going on – including energizing the Woodstone solar array, the near-completion of the solar array at our Laundry Facility – and, of course, finishing up the trail and snowmaking improvements on the mountain.
But today, I want to update you with regard to resort benefits you can enjoy. These benefits include many of the resort’s product offerings, and they’re available to MPOA members and residents of McGaheysville. All you need to obtain them is your MPOA membership card or a driver’s license with the McGaheysville zip code. Here’s the list:
Food and Beverage Operations:
10% off menu pricing at all locations, including Splash’s, which opens early winter (menu details coming soon!). Alcoholic beverages do NOT qualify for discount.
Resident-only specials – including the following standing specials:
TACO NIGHT at Campfire Grille: Campfire Grille is located at 4156 Del Webb Drive at the Mountain Greens Golf Course parking area. The special gives you the choice of three tacos – Shrimp, Beef or Chicken – along with rice and black beans. $14.00 per person. Taco nights are offered on Thursdays.
RAMEN NIGHT at Virginia Barbecue and Pizza: Virginia Barbecue is located at 1822 Resort Drive, in the Woodstone complex. The special gives you smoked pork steak, veggies, noodles and a delicious broth. $14.00 per person. Ramen Nights are held Tuesdays.
PIZZA NIGHT at Basecamp: Basecamp is located at 4614 Massanutten Drive, in the Ski Base Lodge complex. The special includes a deep-dish pizza and a large house salad – plenty to feed two! $28.00. Pizza Nights are offered Fridays.
Recreational Activities:
Snow Tubing: 10% off (midweek non/holiday only)
Ski/Snowboard: 20% off Slope Use (lift) tickets and Season Passes. Please note that slope use tickets may not be available if a given session of slope use is sold out.
Golf: Discounts are frequently available at both the Mountain Greens and Woodstone courses, but amount of discount varies by demand. Check with the Pro Shop when setting up a tee time.
WaterPark: 20% off general admission.
Ice Skating: 20% off admission
Archery: 20% off admission
Mountain biking: 20% off lift tickets; year-round access to the Western Slopes (please note: during hunting season, the Western Slopes are only open on Sundays)
Fishing: please enjoy year-round access to fishing ponds at the resort at no charge (please note: you must have a valid Virginia freshwater fishing license).
Hotels:

Remember, all you need to do to obtain your discount is bring your MPOA card, or your driver’s license proving residence in McGaheysville or Massanutten .
